Beverly Mease-Buxton is President of Mease-Buxton Associates LLC, a consulting firm in the Washington, DC and Northern Virginia area, specializing in leadership training, executive coaching and public speaking.
She is currently a faculty member of the Graduate School USA and the American Management Association. In that capacity she designs and conducts a variety of courses related to leadership development. She received an award for Excellence in Training Supervisors at the US Food and Drug Administration.
As an executive coach Beverly holds the PCC credential (Professional Certified Coach) from the International Coach Federation and is a certified Resilient Leadership coach. She has clients in both the government and private sectors. Beverly has given speeches at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the US Government Training Officers' Conference.
Beverly is certified on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the DiSC, as well as the EQi 2.0, an instrument used to report emotional intelligence. She is also certified to interpret the Profilor, the Leadership Effectiveness Inventory, and the EQi 360; all are 360-degree assessment instruments. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the National Speakers Association.
